1-Punched eyelets, also known as pile holes, are a popular method of terminating wire rope or aircraft cable assemblies. It is suitable for all kinds of bearing hole and non bearing hole. We offer pile hole sizes for cables from 1 / 32 "to 1 / 4" in diameter. Punched eyelets are stored in galvanized steel and 304 stainless steel.
For larger diameter hole end fittings, choose marine eyelets, pin holes and closed forged sleeves.
Note: the hydraulic die must be used to design the mold correctly. Tensile tests shall be carried out to determine the retention strength and suitability of the punch holes used.
